David built CellGain Wireless to be an end-to-end turn-key solution partner that simplifies the complexity of communication system deployments with demonstrable results. He has over 23 years of experience with in-building wireless communications.
David drives CellGain Wireless to peak performance to innovate and deliver customer-focused communications solutions for public safety and commercial wireless infrastructure. Prior to CellGain, David held leadership positions with JDSU and the Ford Motor Company.
Alejandro Pieroni
Chief Technical Officer
Alejandro leads the product development and implementation teams at CellGain Wireless.
He brings over 18 years of experience leading technology development with in-building wireless companies including Microlab and Fiber-Span.
Alejandro continues to innovate and revolutionize public safety communications. Alejandro has co-authored patents in radio communications.
Alex Almeida
Manager, Systems Engineering
Alex oversees CellGain Wireless’s internal manufacturing operations. With over 18 years of experience in in-building wireless technologies, he leads CellGain Wireless’ Fiber-to-Antenna System production and supply chain teams.
His extensive knowledge of systems engineering was instrumental in the development and integration of the first CellGain Wireless Enhanced Network Management System for the San Francisco Market Street Tunnel Public Safety Life Safety Distributed Antenna System.

Director, Cellular Systems
Alan is a highly experienced leader in wireless communications with over 25 years of expertise in advancing RF engineering, design, and deployment.
He has played a key role in developing some of the most advanced and high-performing cellular infrastructures for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ), including the new JFK terminals. Through his strategic leadership, Alan has delivered end-to-end solutions that integrate fiber-to-the-edge technology with exceptional operational performance—spanning CDAS and mmWave systems, as well as the ongoing maintenance of PSLS DAS, Airport Operations, and Air-to-Ground systems at EWR Terminal A and JFK NTO.
At CellGain, Alan leverages his deep infrastructure expertise and proven track record with mission-critical systems to advance next-generation wireless deployments that power public safety and enterprise communications across North America’s most demanding venues.
Brian Zinderman
Vice President, Programs
Brian Zinderman leads and oversees all external operations, including the in-building wireless engineering, installation, and optimization groups, at CellGain Wireless as its Vice President of Programs.
With over 10 years’ experience in in-building wireless communications, his extensive knowledge of DAS technologies allows him to design and implement customized solutions.
His leadership allowed for the first successful deployment of the CellGain Wireless Fiber-to-the-Antenna product line at the new LaGuardia Terminal B, spanning over 2.4m sq. ft. and allowing for the simultaneous communication of ten independent public safety agencies across four different frequency bands.
Diano Tarabocchia
Vice President of Operations
Diano leads and directs all internal manufacturing operations at CellGain Wireless, overseeing production, testing, and quality assurance for in-building wireless systems.
He brings over 20 years of manufacturing leadership experience, with a proven track record in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement driving efficiency, consistency, and on-time delivery. His expertise spans the manufacturing and validation of Fiber-to-the-Antenna (FTA) systems, rack-based FTA platforms, PDUs, and custom optical and RF splitters.
Diano champions operational excellence and scalable processes while upholding rigorous quality standards, ensuring the reliable delivery of complex, high-performance wireless infrastructure solutions for CellGain’s diverse client base.
